We read the terms of service, privacy notices and membership rules of 512 companies. We quoted the clauses that cost you, wrote each one in plain English, and scored every company out of 100. Higher is worse.
What counts. Six things the terms can take from you: your right to sue, an easy way to cancel, control of your data, stable prices and terms, deletion when you leave, and the odd trap that fits nowhere else. Each one carries a share of the 100 points.
Where it comes from. Every clause is quoted from the company's own document, with its name, date or section, and a link to it. The archive holds 3,205 clauses and findings, dated 1 October 2026.
How sure we are. The scores are a draft: editorial judgements that no one has checked in full. 21 findings in 12 profiles have been checked against their sources so far, and the checks corrected at least one draft claim.
What it is not. Not legal advice, and not a finding that any company broke a law. Terms differ by plan, state and country, and they change. Read the linked document before you act on anything here.
