Where Skyworks Solutions does well
- Data sharing 4 of 20. Few problems found.
- The Privacy Policy states clearly: 'We do not sell your Personal Information or disclose it to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising,' and the California section adds that Skyworks 'has not, and has no actual knowledge that it has, sold or "shared" the Personal Information of any individual in the past 12 months.'
- The consumer-facing site Terms of Use have no forced arbitration clause — disputes go to courts in Orange County, California.
- The Privacy Policy promises that if it changes 'in a material way, we will provide appropriate advance online notice to you and/or obtain your express consent where required by law.'
- Skyworks is explicitly B2B: 'Skyworks does not provide products or services to individuals for personal or household use or collect Personal Information from individuals in their capacity as consumers.' There are no consumer auto-renewals, data-traps, or subscription flows to score.
- Retention language commits to deleting data 'without undue delay' once purposes are fulfilled, with irreversible deletion and shredding of documents.

The fine print
6 clauses and findings from the draft archive, dated 1 October 2026. The plain English comes first; the small print is the company's own words. None of these has been checked yet.

In the event Seller, at Seller's sole discretion, permits cancellation of any Purchase Order for standard Product, (i) Buyer must accept delivery of, and pay for at the agreed upon price(s), all Product that is substantially manufactured and allocable to the Purchase Order, and (ii) Buyer must pay all Seller's direct and indirect costs related to Product, components, and work-in-process allocable to the Purchase Order, together with a reasonable profit as determined by Seller based on such costs, up to the full value of the Purchase Order.

How these were found
Document dates: Website Privacy Policy 'Last Updated 8/31/2026'; Terms and Conditions of Sale PDF marked 'v. 2024rQ3' (revision from 2024 Q3); site 'Terms and Conditions' page carries a 2000-2009 copyright line, so it appears not to have been refreshed in years (the change-anytime clause remains). All documents read directly from the official skyworksinc.com domain via browser text fetch (no mirrors needed). Skyworks is a B2B semiconductor company with no consumer subscription, account tiers, or auto-billing flows in its public documents; most aggressive terms are in the commercial Terms of Sale aimed at corporate buyers, so scoring was kept modest and the 'little to find' limitation is noted. No arbitration clause exists in the consumer-facing site terms (court jurisdiction instead) — the arbitration finding applies only to the B2B Terms of Sale.
