Where Keurig Dr Pepper does well

  • Keurig.com's forced arbitration has a real, simple 30-day opt-out: email KDP.Legal@kdrp.com with your name, address, signature, and a clear opt-out statement — easier than many peers.
  • The corporate keurigdrpepper.com Terms of Use contain NO forced arbitration clause at all (unusual for a company of this size).
  • The privacy policy honors sharing opt-outs: 'You may always direct us not to share your Personal Information with third parties,' processed within 30 days, and states KDP will not provide personal info to third parties 'without your specific consent' except as the policy describes.
  • Changes to the arbitration section itself apply only prospectively (30 days after posting).

If you buy from Keurig.com or use the Keurig app, you give up your right to sue them in court or join a class action — disputes must go to private, individual arbitration. (This applies to the main e-commerce store, though the corporate keurigdrpepper.com site has no arbitration clause.)

The fine print

12 clauses and findings from the draft archive, dated 1 October 2026. The plain English comes first; the small print is the company's own words. None of these has been checked yet.

  1. If you buy from Keurig.com or use the Keurig app, you give up your right to sue them in court or join a class action — disputes must go to private, individual arbitration. (This applies to the main e-commerce store, though the corporate keurigdrpepper.com site has no arbitration clause.)

PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES DISPUTES FOR USERS IN THE U.S. AND CERTAIN OTHER COUNTRIES TO BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND PROHIBITS CLASS ACTION CLAIMS. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN THE "ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER" SECTION.

  2. Plainly: no judge, no jury, no court for your dispute with Keurig.com — arbitration only, with very limited court review of the arbitrator's decision.

YOU AND COMPANY HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES IN COURT (OTHER THAN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS PERMITTED HEREIN) AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY.

  3. KDP can rewrite its Terms whenever it wants with no warning, and just by visiting the site afterward you've 'agreed.' If you don't like a change, your only option is to leave.

We may change or add to the information on the Sites and/or these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted. You should regularly review these Terms for any updated version. Your use of the Site after changes are made will be considered your acceptance and agreement to be bound by such changes... If you object to any changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the Site.

  4. Your Perks loyalty points can be devalued, changed, or wiped out at any time with zero notice — and you waived the right to even be told. Points are worth nothing in cash terms.

Keurig reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the Program or your participation at any time, at its discretion, without further notice to you; you waive any right to specific individual notice of such modifications. Such changes may affect previously earned points and rewards. Points earned on purchases have no cash value, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

  5. Opting out of the loyalty program is not sticky: if you make an Auto-Delivery purchase, KDP silently signs you back up.

If you have previously opted out of Keurig Perks, you will be re-enrolled into the Program upon purchase of products through either Scheduled Auto-Delivery, SMART Delivery or Keurig Starter Kit programs.

  6. Cancel the 'cancel anytime' monthly plan early and Keurig claws back the full retail price of the coffee maker. Finish the year and you're auto-flipped into a paid subscription at whatever list price they set then, until you actively cancel.

If the Monthly Subscription is terminated before twelve shipments have been made, Keurig® will charge you for the price of the maker at date of initial purchase and Monthly Subscription sign up... At the end of the initial twelve-month subscription, you will convert to auto-delivery at the then prevailing list price for the products and will continue to receive monthly shipments until you cancel your subscription.

Your personally identifiable information may also be used by us or shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, partners, advertisers or other affiliated parties to provide you with product information and promotional and other offers.

  8. KDP feeds your browsing/usage data to ad networks for targeted advertising, and buys third-party data about you to build a richer marketing profile.

  9. Your Wi-Fi-connected coffee maker reports every single brew back to Keurig (they know exactly when and how often you drink coffee), and the 'reward' for this surveillance is a loyalty point.

One (1) point will be earned each time a Keurig Manufactured K-Cup® beverage or rinse pod is brewed on a Smart Brewer while connected to Wi-Fi, up to a maximum of 10 points per day.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY AND ITS RELATED PARTIES... FROM ALL DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE LAWYER'S FEES AND COSTS, ARISING OUT OF... ANY OTHER MATTER REGARDING THIS SITE AND YOUR USE OF IT.

How these were found

Documents read Oct 1, 2026 via browser_open on official domains; no mirrors used. KDP Terms of Use (keurigdrpepper.com/terms-of-use/) carries no version date on the page. KDP Privacy Policy (keurigdrpepper.com/privacy-policy/) carries no version date on the page. Keurig.com Terms and Conditions (keurig.com/content/terms-and-conditions) undated on page; its Mobile Services section is marked 'Effective 10/28/2024'. Keurig Perks Terms (keurig.com/perks/terms) undated on page. The keurig.com privacy policy page (keurig.com/content/privacy-policy) rendered only its contact section; it shows an 'Effective Date: February 13, 2026' header, so data findings rely on the keurigdrpepper.com Privacy Policy instead. Dr Pepper/Snapple brand terms reference the same KDP Terms of Use. 'Cancel anytime' / price-lock claims for Auto-Delivery come from official keurig.com search snippets, not a fully opened page.
