Sherwin-Williams can cancel your confirmed online order at any moment, but you cannot cancel a tinted/custom paint order once placed — and if you don't pick it up in 14 days they may charge you the full amount anyway.
You agree that we may cancel any online order at any time, even if it has been accepted by Sherwin-Williams and even if you have received an email order confirmation... Sample Orders and Custom Orders cannot be cancelled by you once the order is placed.
